Ki West Banquet Room Uses...
The use of Surftides Inn & Conference Center's banquet room is available without banquet requirements. Event facility charges depend on the length of time needed, number of people, and equipment required.
- AV & Entertainment-Related: Surftides Inn & Conference Center offers dry erase boards, wireless PA system, overhead projector, TV-VCR, projector screen, and dance floor for your use. Our Lincoln City event staff can also help arrange for a DJ or other entertainment services. Call for pricing.
- Bar Setup: A bar set-up is available, call for pricing. Host or No-Host arrangements can be made. Wine is available by the bottle from our finely selected wine list. Coffee service is also available.
- Minimum Size Function: There is a 25-person minimum for the banquet reservations. For groups of less than 25, dining space is available in the KI West Restaurant.
- Menu Selection: We require your menu selection and a signed contract, and deposit 30 days prior to your event. A guaranteed minimum number of your guests are needed 72 hours in advance.
